Property admin support for landlords, investors and property businesses

I am Viki, and I run Property Business Support.

I provide remote admin and operations support to landlords, investors, letting agents, property trades and anyone else working in the property industry. Practical help with the systems, processes and day to day admin that keep things running properly.

My background is in property, not just in supporting it. I have worked as a rentals manager, owned a student property portfolio, operated serviced accommodation and been involved in property development. I understand the industry from the inside and know what good operations look like at different stages of a business.

Having worked in the industry, I already understand how things work and don’t need everything explained from scratch.

I work remotely with clients across the UK using tools including Arthur Online, COHO, ClickUp, Asana, Google Workspace, Zoho, Zapier and Make.

In an impressively short time, Viki has transformed our daily processes and reorganised all our admin, she is now an invaluable member of our small team.
