No forms, no lengthy discovery process. Just a straightforward conversation about what your business looks like and what you need help with.
Below are some frequently asked questions that will give you some insight into what it’s like working together
Pretty much anything you like, so long as I have clear instructions and the necessary tools and information to carry out the task at hand. I’m very flexible and here to work with you on whatever you need
If I need particular software to carry out your tasks, it is your responsibility to provide it for me to use eg. zapier . Software I need within my business to communicate with clients and perform basic tasks I have already purchased
I will do my very best to accommodate urgent requests and have reserved time in my schedule for such matters. However, I encourage clients to plan ahead as much as possible to ensure efficient workflow
I use built-in software that tracks the time spent on each task you allocate to me, this includes responding to emails, research, training and so on.
So I can work efficiently, clients communicate via email or within ClickUp. However, should you wish to discuss via phone or zoom you can schedule a meeting. Time spent during the meeting will be deducted from your retainer hours
There is no deposit to pay. All payment is made in advance via BACS or Standing Order. Retainer and Services packages are billed towards the end of the month for work the following month
No. There is no minimum term for retainer or PAYG
Yes, you can move between options at any time.
